Boarding House Assistant (Residential)

We are looking to recruit an additional live in Boarding House Assistant to join our small, committed team responsible for the provision and promotion of boarding at the College. The successful candidate will work within this supportive environment to contribute to the success of our boarders. The post offers an opportunity to work with a range of young people who have moderate additional education needs and require higher levels of support.

Own transport is required as there is no public transport available.

Hours: Term Time only (34 weeks):

34.5 hours/week shift pattern (currently Monday and Saturday off)

The shift pattern is determined annually and may be subject to change.

Pay: Actual Annual Salary £16,727.25

(including paid annual leave entitlement at 14.54%)

Accountable To: Head of Boarding

Probation Period: Three months

Contract: Permanent
