Geography & Horticulture Go Lambing at Gaston Farm!

Our very lucky Key Stage 3 Geography students and BTEC Horticulture students teamed up this week for an exciting, highly educational, and not to mention adorable visit to local Gaston Farm, Slindon.

The students received hands on learning from the team, and got the opportunity to see the creation of birth, as well as a chance to pet the lambs and learn about life on a busy working farm. Following this fantastic day out, they even had a tractor ride home, kindly being dropped off at the door of Slindon College!

One of many incredible opportunities we are able to offer all our students. This trip was organised by our Geography teacher, Mr Quick and our Horticulture teacher, Mrs Sargeant.
