We are looking for a candidate with the ability to deliver a highly professional, effective and responsive front office service and administrative support service for the school. You will be a proactive thinker who will be responsible for ensuring a calm atmosphere whilst keeping the working environment organised. You must have the ability to be flexible, remain on task despite interruptions, possess excellent IT skills and have a keen attention to detail.

Own transport is required as there is no public transport available.

Hours:                                    Term Time (34 weeks):

40.5 hours per week (30min unpaid lunchbreak)

Mon-Wed 8.00am–5.00pm/Thurs & Fri 8:00am–4:00pm

Holiday Time (18 weeks):

32.5 hours per week (30min unpaid lunchbreak)      

Mon-Fri 9.00am-4.00pm (flexible)

Job Share may be considered

Pay: Hourly Rate £11.80

Actual Annual Salary £23,151.60

25 days plus Bank Holidays pro rata

Accountable To: Marketing & Admissions Officer

Probation Period: Three months

Special Terms: Holidays to be taken in pupil holiday time. Occasional evening and weekend working may be required.
