Open Mornings & Visits
Open Mornings
Open Mornings are an opportunity for families to see the College, its impressive 14 acres of grounds and to meet members of staff and the Senior Leadership Team. It's an informal way for families to see what the College is all about.
Open Mornings consist of timed personalised tours around the College with a member of staff. We hope this gives families a detailed and thorough insight into the College as tour guides are notified of the areas it is most worthwhile to see during the event.
Refreshments are provided and there will be an opportunity at the end to have a brief talk to a parent and pupil, and a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
We encourage you to bring your child to the Open Morning as it is an initial opportunity for us to meet your child.
"I came to the Open Morning it was really exciting, the Slindon College grounds are beautiful and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming. The visit was well- structured and efficient. We left feeling very well-informed."
Prospective Parent September 2024
It was warm, friendly and professional. The morning was very informative and interesting. Giving us all lots to take in and think about. The students we came into contact with were a great example of what those living with challenging lifestyles can attain and achieve. Above all, clearly happy in their surroundings – which are amazing.
I found all the staff open, approachable and enthusiastic in sharing their love and passion for where they work. I know that this also applies to those 'backroom' team members who maintain, clean and feed everyone!
Information and guidelines were shared in a clear and concise way outlining expectations of both students and the staff."
