The annual sponsored walk takes place today between 9:30am-12:30pm. 

Friends of Slindon College (FoSC) help run this event with the College with the aim of raising additional funds for equipment for the pupils.

The walk starts at the College and covers a distance of approximately six miles cross-country to Bignor and back again.

This event is inclusive for all pupils, staff, parents and well behaved dogs on leads are invited to join in (limited to two guests per pupil – not including dogs!). 

Pupils are encouraged to get sponsorship from their family and friends. A sponsorship form will be circulated prior to the event.

A buffet style light lunch for the walkers will be provided on return to the College with FoSC running an Easter themed tombola and a second hand uniform stall.

If your child is transported by taxi or the school minibus, please ensure you notify the transport company (taxi) or the Front Office (school minibus) if you intend to take your child home yourself.

The day ends at 2:00pm.
