Arrive from 1pm for a 1:30pm start.

The event concludes at 3:30pm.

This popular ceremony is held in a marquee on the College grounds and is an opportunity to celebrate the pupils’ achievements and successes for the Academic Year.

Following the ceremony Afternoon Tea will be served.

The Hardcourt will be open to allow for additional parking for attendees on a first come, first serve basis. Once this is full, parking will be on the local roads. We encourage lift sharing were possible!

You are permitted to take your child home early at the end of the ceremony.  We politely request if your child is transported by taxi or the school minibus please ensure you notify the transport company (taxi) or the Front Office (school minibus) if you intend to take your child home yourself. We also ask that your child signs out before leaving.

We politely request that attendees photograph their own child only. If sharing photos on social media platforms please ensure no other children are in the background or foreground.
