On this day, all Year 4 to Year 7 pupils will participate in an on-site team building day hosted by an external provider. Pupils will tackle in groups different team building and problem-solving tasks in a round-robin-style activity day. Some of the tasks are more physical, whilst others are more logical, which allows the different strengths of the members of the team to shine. The day is designed to inspire the pupils to plan, communicate, work together and motivate themselves and others throughout the day. The tasks encourage groups to self-reflect at regular intervals.
