It's our Dyscalculia Day!

Maths made a little easier...

Dyscalculia can affect people in different ways, common traits can include recognising numbers, connecting value with number, estimation, learning number sequences and difficulty with arithmetic skills.

Our Dyscalculia Day is a unique opportunity to raise awareness of this often overlooked but prevalent learning difficulty, and here at Slindon College, we embrace assistive technology in all our lessons.

Assistive Technology amongst other differentiated support can help pupils participation and engagement in lessons leading to increased confidence.
